Present membership is 39, 27 attending on Tuesdays and 31 attending on Thursdays The Auction and Open coffee morning held on Thursday 25th September raised £307 for the day centre's general fund. We thank everyone who donated items and cakes to sell and those who generously bought the goods on offer. When David Hoskins, the co-ordinator is absent Roger Oakes and Brian Wells have undertaken to ensure that one of them will be present to act as deputy co-ordinator in order that there will be someone responsible to take charge of the centre's activities and deal with any emergency situations. An advance notice , the Day centre will close for the Christmas break on Tuesday 16th December 2014 and reopen on Tuesday 6th January 2015. Christmas lunches will be held on Thursday11th December and Tuesday16th December.
